Jerry and I went over to the Ballpark area a week or so ago.... looking for the owls. After cruising around for awhile, a nice fella (also driving around) hailed us and asked if we were searching for the Snowy Owls. "Yep". He told us that one was sitting on a pole in the Culver's parking lot! We headed over there, just in time to see her fly off, back across M-37. Back to the Ballpark we went. Just as we were pulling in, we saw her in a huge "altercation" with not one, but two big white male owls! (would have loved to get a pic of THAT!)

She successfully chased them back across the highway, where they both landed on telephone poles, looking rather grumpy to be dispersed by a young-ish "gal".

To our delight, the feisty "Girl", came and landed on a little pole right near us... Gave us a look as if to say, "How did I do?" :D
