A. White Pelicans in SW. Wexford County 7/10/2010

Was on my way home after a hike in the Manistee National Forest driving north on M-37 about 4 miles south of Mesick when I spotted two American White Pelicans circling above the highway. I watched and photographed them for a couple of minutes before they headed in the direction of Hodenpyl Dam Pond. Here are a few shots of the birds. Unfortunately the lens mounted on my camera at the time was a 150mm and there was not enough time to swap lenses.
