coming up in the garden

Postby silverowl » Sat May 14, 2016 3:36 pm

In spite of the crazy weather, I am getting going on a garden this year. Trying my hand at a business that I have dreamed about for at least 15 years. Several weeks ago I planted peas, lettuce, kale, carrots, spinach, green onions, and cilantro. All old seed. I wasn't even sure if it was viable. I am happy to report that I have more than 50% germination on all of it! I am so excited to be gardening again! It will be a slow process and maybe I won't like being tied down, but I've got to change something...right now all I do is work from dawn to dusk. I am getting worn out. Wish me luck!
